Should you decide to return a product, please notify us via our Contact page as to why the merchandise is being returned.
When contacting us via email for requesting a return / exchange or refund; please give a brief explanation for the return / exchange or refund. Also, please include a valid phone number and email address (if different from one received) that you can be reached at in the event we need to contact you for more detailed information.
On refunds, you will be refunded the price of the product less shipping and either our restocking fee* or our discard cost**. You are responsible for paying any/all-shipping costs to return the product to us.
For replacements, exchanges, and refunds prior to shipping; we will issue a product return authorization code that must be included in the package / box with any items returned for action.

Damaged Products – If the product is received damaged during the shipping process, please contact us via our contact page and notify us of the damage and the condition of merchandise received and desired action (if any). Once we’re contacted and verified the damage and customer intent; we will issue a return shipping label for the return of merchandise.
